Duffey Difference

The baseline of the Duffey Difference starts with the principle of “Fiduciary First.”  Fiduciary is defined as a relationship in which one party places special trust, confidence, and reliance in another.  My fiduciary relationship to you begins the moment we shake hands and agree to work alongside one another.  Building on this starting point, I will put your best interests ahead of mine.  Giving my clients a superior level of customer service and dedication, I aspire to build connections that will lead to relationships that feel like family.  

     I will use my knowledge of the market and my experiences to formulate a game plan.  After that, I will deploy my professionalism and charismatic personality to build a rapport on OUR behalf with the other agent/buyer/seller.

     Through clear communication, I will promote our goals and best case scenarios by researching and uncovering the intentions behind the other side of the transaction.  Using this knowledge, I will prepare for negotiations using the path of least resistance.  Once engaged in the process, my keen awareness in being able to  “read the room” will work in concert with my negotiation skills to make your deal a successful endeavor.  

     As a realtor who treats clients like family, it seems fitting that my coining “Fiduciary First” from the age old “Family First,” is what best describes the Duffey Difference.  As with our personal families, it is my goal that our family relationship will last a lifetime.
